Rob joined the Mainstay team from Oracle, where he wrote and edited numerous customer case studies and white papers and oversaw global content standards and processes. Previously, he worked as a senior writer for Evolve Software and for Exceed Inc., a marketing communications agency serving Fortune 500 clients. Rob holds a masters degree in English from the University of Missouri, and a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Tulsa.

Min is a Senior Consultant at Mainstay Partners focusing on creating business value cases, customer success stories, and ROI assessments for leading high tech vendors, including Oracle, Cisco, and EDS. Prior to joining Mainstay, Min worked on systems implementations and financial planning analysis to companies such as SFO, Cisco, and Investools. Min holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley
